Durum Quality

The durum quality and pasta processing lab at NDSU is headed by Dr. Frank Manthey. The lab is responsible for quality assesment of lines in the breeding program, export cargo samples, overseas varietal analysis (OVA) samples and the regional crop quality survey samples. The lab's mission also includes research, teaching/training and industry support. Below are links pertaining to durum quality.
