Spring Wheat Quality


Spring wheat quality analysis is done at NDSU under the direction of Dr. Senay Simsek and a group of technicians and graduate students. The lab is responsible for analyzing samples from both the spring wheat and winter wheat breeding programs, performing quality analysis on cargo and overseas varietal analysis (OVA) samples and the annual crop quality report samples.
